1 General Terms

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at cv77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are stated alongside the offer.
• If bonus abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity is detected, cv77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings.
• Multiple bonus offers may not be active at the same time.
• cv77 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

cv77's VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to higher tiers based on your activity and volume of play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

cv77 reserves the right to change the terms relating to VIP cashback and other rewards. Maintaining VIP status may require a certain level of activity.

6 Game & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on cv77 are operated on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined entirely at random using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault or disconnection affects the outcome of a game, cv77 reserves the right to void that game or round and refund the relevant amount. cv77 is not obligated to pay out winnings or bonuses that appear to result from a technical error.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Any form of cheating or fraud in betting or games is strictly prohibited.
• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets is prohibited.
• Betting carried out with the intent to circumvent bonus terms will be treated as abuse.
• Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
